Anderson Talisca scored an outrageous goal for Al-Nassr as they picked up another win in the Saudi Pro League against Al-Raed.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane also each scored for the fourth successive game to help Al-Nassr to a fourth straight victory in the Saudi Pro League.
The Saudi side’s 3-1 win means that after a poor start to the season, the club have recovered and are seemingly on the up and are hoping to catch up to the leading pack in the division.
Al-Hilal, who were the big spenders in the summer transfer window, are top of the division but Ronaldo’s side are only four points behind the Saudi side and this looks set up to be an enthralling title race.
Ronaldo, despite scoring for Al-Nassr, struck a cameraman in the crowd following a free-kick that went over the bar in a funny moment during the dominant win in the Pro League.

Talisca decision rewarded
During the summer transfer window, when Al-Nassr were targeting some top players from Europe and due to the league’s rules on foreign players, players may well have needed to be moved on who were not from Asia.
The player who looked most likely to be on the way out was the former Besiktas midfielder Talisca and this seemed a harsh decision at the time.
The Brazilian midfielder had scored 20 goals for the Saudi side in back-to-back seasons so for the Saudi side to even be considering selling Talisca seemed to be a mistake.
That has seemingly been proven yet again with the midfielder scoring a stunning goal from the edge of the box and you wouldn’t bet against the midfielder having another 20-goal season.
