Al-Nassr have reportedly seen a second bid rejected for PSG centre-back Marquinhos, with a third and last bid expected.
The Saudi Pro League side have been having a hugely impressive summer and now are turning their attention toward a defender.
They have already signed countless top targets over the past six months, it seems there is no end in sight.
PSG captain Marquinhos is the man they want, however according to reports the Parisians are holding strong, rejecting two bids so far.
This has left Al-Nassr preparing a third and final bid which if rejected, will see the club move on to other options.
Al-Nassr see second bid rejected for Marquinhos
The report comes from journalist Rudy Galetti on Twitter as he says that the second bid has been rejected.
He added that the Saudi club are now preparing their final bid which will soon be sent to Paris for the Brazilian.
Should it be accepted he would join the star studded line-up that already boasts names such as Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Along with this he will have fellow Brazilian Alex Telles next to him in defence and another compatriot in Talisca ahead of him in midfield.
However this deal is not down to the player, instead it is up to the club and with PSG so far unwilling to sell, a move could be unlikely.
In that case Galetti has also suggested that Al-Nassr already have their contingency plan figured out.
He reports that in the event of a Marquinhos refusal, the club will then look to re-open talks with Manchester City for Aymeric Laporte.
