Al-Nassr reportedly had aimed to complete a double deal with Bayern Munich this summer with Dayot Upamecano a target along with the signed Sadio Mane.
Al-Nassr will be drooling over the potential back-line they could’ve seen had club chiefs got their way.
Aymeric Laporte has been immense for the club already following his move from Manchester City last month.
The Spaniard’s arrival was a deciding factor in changing the fate of Al-Nassr’s season.
Prior to his arrival, the team had lost two games on the bounce, but are now unbeaten since his arrival.
Laporte joined Alex Telles, Marcelo Brozovic, Seko Fofana and Sadio Mane at the Saudi club along with Cristiano Ronaldo as the revolution took place.

Al-Nassr attempted a double swoop from Bayern Munich
Al-Nassr did manage to bring Sadio Mane from Bayern however they went into negotiations with the aim of signing more.
This was according to Kerry Hau of Sport1 which was reported via iMiaSanMia on Twitter.
It stated that Al-Nassr had looked to bring Dayot Upamecano’s time in Germany as they enquired upon the valuation the German champions had on him.
The enquiry is said to have taken place while the two clubs were locked in talks for Mane.
Upamecano is said to have rejected the move as he hasn’t got an interested in an Al-Nassr move just now as he sees himself at Bayern for the foreseeable future.
