Al-Nassr have released a video on social media with the players reacting to their awaited visit to China next month.

With the Saudi Pro League and other domestic competitions coming to a halt in January, Al-Nassr will be set for friendly action to prepare for the second half of the season.

Previous reports have stated that Al-Nassr will travel to China to play games against Shanghai Shenhua and Zhejiang before facing Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami in February.

The news have now been confirmed by the club as the Riyadh outfit are expected to make the trip abroad following their league games against Al-Ittihad and Al-Taawoun.

“Hello, China! Are you ready? Al Nassr are coming!” Cristiano Ronaldo said via the club’s official account on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Some of the Al-Nassr players will be unavailable for the tour as they will be taking part in other international competitions during the month.

Senegal’s Sadio Mane and Seko Fofana of Ivory Coast are likely to represent their respective countries in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

In addition, a number of Saudi players led by centre-back Abdelelah Al-Amri and goalkeeper Nawaf Al-Aqidi might receive a call-up for the 2024 Asian Cup by the Green Falcons boss Roberto Mancini.
