Al-Nassr’s Anderson Talisca and summer-signing Seko Fofana have returned to training after recovering from injury.

The Riyadh giants are set to resume their Saudi Pro League campaign after the end of the international break with a trip to face Al-Raed.

After losing their opening two games to Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq and Al-Taawoun, Al-Nassr are back on track after an incredible turnaround in results.

Luis Castro’s side have been in red-hot form lately picking up nine points from their last three league games in dominant fashion.

Their three-game winning run saw Al-Nassr score an incredible tally of 14 goals while conceding just one as they seem to have fully recovered from a disappointing start to the season.

Before their encounter with Al-Raed on Saturday, Al-Nassr have been handed a double boost as Anderson Talisca and Seko Fofana could both return to the starting lineup.

Fofana had suffered a minor injury in Al-Nassr’s 2-0 defeat to Al-Taawoun last month in the second round of the Saudi Pro League.

Meanwhile, Talisca has not featured for Al-Nassr since their 4-2 comeback victory over Emirati side Shabab Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League playoffs.

The Brazilian was also rumoured to leave Al-Nassr in the summer but quickly shut down talks of a potential exit and confirmed his stay in Saudi Arabia.

Head coach Castro also asserted that Talisca will remain part of his lineup this season despite signing a number of high-profile attacking players.

Al-Nassr have had a stellar transfer window acquiring Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte, Alex Telles, Marcelo Brozovic, and Otavio from Porto.
